Client: Bucks County Community College Office of Cultural and Community Programming
Timeline: Two Weeks
Project Goals: Reorganize content, clean up the homepage, ensure the consistent design of the website.
Process: I spoke with the client who had built the website using Vendini CMS. The client had built out the content and design and wanted help polishing the design and navigation. After speaking with the client regarding business goals and timeline I went to the Vendini website to check examples of other organization’s websites. I then completed user research to discover what the top questions a user might have when visiting a ticketing and events website. I then organized the navigation to flow with both the business goals and the user’s needs. I reduced content redundancy to reduce navigation confusion for users and to ensure a sustainable content lifecycle for the staff who maintain the content.
